I hear the word "just" all the time.

WASHINGTON (AP) – March 24, 2016 – Average long-term U.S. mortgage rates declined this week after three straight weeks of increases. The decline could be a spur to prospective buyers as the spring home buying season gets started.

Mortgage buyer Freddie Mac said Thursday the average rate on a 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage slipped to 3.71 percent from 3.73 percent last week. The benchmark rate is above the 3.69 percent level it marked a year ago.

The average rate on 15-year fixed-rate mortgages eased to 2.96 percent from 2.99 percent last week.

Belleaire, Florida is a town located on the West coast of Florida in Pinellas County. Originally founded as a snowbird vacation spot, Belleair's beauty quickly caught the interest of more permanent residents. It all began with the construction of The Belleview Hotel in January 1897. Orlando population growth No. 1 among large regions

Orlando is the fastest-growing of the country’s 30 largest regions, according to new population estimates released by the U.S. Census Bureau. The region added more than 60,000 net new residents in the twelve months ending July 1, 2015 (166 per day), growing total population by 2.6 percent to 2,387,138. The numbers come just a week after revised labor market data confirmed Orlando’s status as America’s No. 1 employment center for job growth in 2015.change-in-population-3-24-16-1.jpg

Formerly the 26th most populous region in the United States, Orlando now places 24th. The Villages in neighboring Sumter County is again the nation’s fast-growing region of all 381 regions

Aspen City Council Passes Emergency Ban on All New Commercial Land Use Applications

  The Aspen City Council is at it again with emergency measures to halt new commercial development in Aspen.  Unlike in 2012 when their attempt at an emergency ordinance to bring building height limits down to 28' in the downtown core failed (and subsequently passed through normal legislative processes allowing a rush of new applications before the new law went into effect), the Council unanimously passed an ordinance preventing any new commercial land use applications for new developments or expansions (lodging districts are exempt).

Hamburg/Zug (March 22, 2016) - Switzerland’s residential property market has settled down into a period of stability. At present, price rises are relatively moderate in many parts of the country.
