Shop openings mark the ninth in the state in the past ten months for the international real estate firm
Engel & Völkers North America announced the opening of its newest shops in Slidell, Mandeville, Franklinton, and Chalmette, Louisiana. The expansion comes as a result of a partnership with ABEK Real Estate, a leader in the local St. Tammany Parish market. Beth Kobeszko, owner of ABEK Real Estate, will continue to lead the newly named Engel & Völkers shops in Slidell, Mandeville, Franklinton, and Chalmette alongside General Manager Destiny Davenport, in providing local expertise coupled with the enhanced global reach of the Engel & Völkers network.
“We have seen increased domestic and international interest in New Orleans and surrounding real estate markets during the last year,” said Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America. “Beth brings with her a specialized expertise and over 25 years of experience, and is the perfect partner to introduce Engel & Völkers’ premium level services and international reach to this growing market.”
With this most recent announcement, Engel & Völkers opens its ninth shop in Louisiana in the past ten months.
Kobeszko will oversee two main offices in Slidell and Mandeville in order to provide leading real estate services for buyers and sellers who are drawn to the market for its proximity to New Orleans, family-friendly neighborhoods and community, and picturesque waterfront properties.
“Slidell, Mandeville, Franklinton, and Chalmette all offer the sense of community and historic charm of a small town, and yet they’re only a short drive from New Orleans,” said Beth Kobeszko. “We’re seeing many young people and families make the decision to settle here, and we chose to align ourselves with Engel & Völkers in order to provide the best possible service to our clients and the growing community.”
