The supply of homes for the billionaire class is growing. For the 2017 edition of our annual list of America's Most Expensive Homes For Sale, FORBES identified 32 properties seeking $75 million or more.

Of those, 17 are asking $100 million or more-- up from 11 last year-- featured here.

To compile this list we scoured listing sites and contacted high-end real estate agencies across the country. In addition to homes on the open market, we made an effort to confirm homes that are seeking a buyer but not formally listed.
