Quote of the Day:
"Food is our common ground, a universal experience" - James Beard
Decatur is a food mecca, and you can find something for every taste palette. If you enjoy sushi or ramen, Brush Sushi Izakaya is the spot to be. This is arguably the best sushi in Atlanta. Every item on the expansive menu is mouth-watering, making it impossible to order one thing only.

Midtown is another neighborhood that is home to every food genre out there. Many of the restaurants feature outdoor seating, where you can take advantage of drink specials and people watching. Einstein’s is just the place to do this. Savor creative takes on Southern classics and delicious cocktails inside or on the porch.

In the past, West Midtown had a limited selection of restaurants, but nowadays new eateries are popping up on every corner. Atlanta holds the award for some of the best Mexican in the country, and one of the best Mexican restaurants is in West Midtown. Taqueria del Sol may seem like fast food, but the quality is nothing of the sort. It yields a simple menu of tacos, enchiladas, starters, soups, and sides, all of which are delicious. Don’t forget to order a margarita or cold beer!

5) Old Fourth Ward
Just northeast of downtown, Old Fourth Ward features brag-worthy restaurants and overall amazing dining experiences. One of the “classics” in this area is Two Urban Licks. Since 2004, this eatery has wowed customers with its wood-fired cuisine, unique 26-foot wine on tap barrel wall, lives blues, and breathtaking skyline views. The atmosphere alone is alluring, but the southern-exotic fusion menu keeps customers coming back.
