On Sunday, my daughter and I decided we were going to take a little drive to Springdale, UT. Actually it was a work day for me as I was delivering our brokerage GG magazine to the hotels and eateries there as a marketing campaign. http://www.engelvoelkers.com/company/gg-magazine-actual-edition/
We started at the entrance of Zion National Park. It’s a little cafe on the right hand side right before the visitors center, called Cafe Soleil.
It was not our intention to eat there, we were only going to get a coffee and move on. But, in light of being hungry, it being cold outside, and soup being the special, we decided to eat.
Tomato soup is not really my favorite selection, but today it sounded so good. I also wanted add a grilled cheese sandwich, but my daughter talked me into doing a garlic, basil, tomato, and cheese pizza. (It’s sort of an open face grilled cheese)
Can I just say, “The best tomato soup I have EVER eaten!” It was so smooth, fresh tomatoes, great mix of spices and very creamy.
After warming up and eating, we dropped off our magazine and ordered our coffee to go.
If you are ever in the Zion National Park http://www.nps.gov/zion/index.htm area and decide to buy, I can help you!
