Seattle Center Parade & Festival
Seattle’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Festival and parade is fun for the whole family. The parade starts at 4th and Jefferson at 12:30pm on the 17th and is led by the Parade Grand Marshal! The Irish Festival takes place on March 17-18th at the Seattle Center Armory. There, you can experience the cultural roots & influences of Ireland. St. Paddy’s Party Cruise
For the 21+ crowd there is a party cruise taking off from Waterways Homeport on the night of the 17th. Let loose and enjoy a 3 hour cruise on Lake Washington & Lake Union, complete with DJ entertainment, drinks, food and breathtaking views! Tickets available at waterwayscruises.com.
St. Patrick’s Day Dash
On the morning of the 17th, you can participate in Seattle’s annual St. Patricks Day dash! The run is about 4 miles long and you can set your own pace. It is a fun run with most participants dressing up in costumes. You may be running or walking the streets of Seattle alongside leprechauns! The cities of Tacoma & Kirkland also host their own festive fun runs!
Put on your green and head over to the Magnuson Community Center to hunt for gold coins. Kids can win candy, treats and prizes for their hunting skills at this annual St. Patrick’s Day event!
