Christian Völkers Hosts Annual Engel & Völkers Polo Cup

Earlier this week, 500 employees from Engel & Völkers shops, MMCs, and headquarters as well as celebrities and esteemed guests joined Christian Völkers, Founder and CEO of Engel & Völkers, at his estate in Mallorca, Spain for the seventh annual Polo Cup.

The guest list included high-profile names from the worlds of show business, culture, business and sport - like the actor Heino Ferch and his wife Marie-Jeanette, Carl Erbprinz zu Oettingen-Wallerstein with his wife Anna and her daughter Yoanna, Hieronymus Graf Wolff Metternich with his wife Marynic, Oliver von Boch with his wife Dina, Cristina Macaya, Simoneta Gómez-Acebo (cousin of King Felipe VI.), and Diandra Douglas. "It is an absolute pleasure to be able to share my great passion for polo with friends and associates from around the world. And I am equally pleased that interest in the Polo Cup is growing year on year, both within the polo scene and beyond", said Völkers.

This year's event, which started on July 31 and ended on August 1, brought together eight top-level polo teams to compete for the champion title. During the game, attendees enjoyed the pristine surroundings and grounds of Son Coll, the estate. Son Coll features picturesque views and a vineyard that has been producing wine for over two decades.

Each year, the Engel & Völkers Polo Cup offers representatives if the global luxury real estate brand the chance to network, share ideas, and discover opportunities to help client achieve their international real estate goals.

Attendees were asked to dress "All in White", as they enjoyed the many festivities that took place during the two-day event. Guests were treated to an exclusive dinner parties and wine produced on the estate's vineyard.

After the two days, the La Martina team emerged as the reigning champion of the Polo Cup.
