Over the past seven months, Gonell closed two record-breaking transactions in The Residences at W South Beach, another in 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach, and several other notable deals with price points ranging from $5.6M-$10.2M.
In June 2017, Gonell set the record for the highest price per square foot in Miami-Dade when he navigated the purchase of UPH 5 in The Residences at W South Beach for $3,502 psf, as well as the highest price to date at The Residences at W South Beach for $10.2 M. Gonell represented recording artist and philanthropist, Ivan Wilzig, professionally known as Sir Ivan.
Just eight months later, Gonell has also closed UPH 2 for $8,700,000, ranking it the third highest sale in terms of psf in Miami-Dade from January 2017 - today at $3,289 psf. In his most recent transaction, Gonell negotiated the successful purchase of PH 1617 in the ultra-luxury 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach for $5.6M on behalf of his client, who wished to remain anonymous.
