Five homes closed in the first two months 2017, compared to three last year. January and February’s dollar volume is $2.995M up compared to $1.601M in 2016. Supply and demand: there are currently 52 homes listed for sale with an average of 2.67 homes selling per month over the last six months. That translates into a 19.48-month supply, considered by industry experts to be a strong buyer’s market. As of March 17, 2017, there were six homes pending/under contract. In the lot realm, one lot closed so far in 2017, but none in the previous January and February of 2016. There are currently two lots pending/under contract.
