Leamington Plantation’s first seven months of 2017 are out pacing last year: ten homes closed this year compared to eight homes last year. The first seven months’ total dollar volume of homes sold in 2017 was $10,015,00, up from $8,558,000 in 2016. Supply and demand: there are currently 11 homes listed for sale with an average of 1.43 homes selling per month over the past seven months. That translates into a 7-month supply, considered by industry experts to be a buyer’s market. As of August 15th, 2017, there are two homes pending/under contract. In the lot realm, one lot closed in 2017 with one pending/under contract and four lots marketed for sale.
