Leamington Plantation's first nine months of 2017 are consistent with 2016 sales: 13 homes closed this year compared to 12 homes last year. The first nine months' total dollar volume of homes sold in 2017 was $12,665,000, essentially even with 2016 sakes of $12,676,500. Supply and demand: there are currently 11 homes listed sale with an average of 1.44 homes selling per month over the past nine months. That translates into a 7.62-month supply, considered by industry experts to be a balanced marketed. As of October 15, 2017 there are two homes pending/under contract. In the lot realm, two lots closed in 2017 with one pending/ under contract and four lots marketed for sale.
