Four homes closed in the first two months 2017, compared to three last year. January and February’s dollar volume is up to $4.762M compared to $3.012M in 2016. Supply and demand: there are currently 38 homes listed for sale with an average of two homes selling per month over the last six months. That translates into a 19-month supply, considered by industry experts to be a strong buyer’s market. As of March 17, 2017, there were four homes pending/under contract. In the lot realm, zero lots closed so far in 2017, versus one in the previous January and February of 2016. There is currently one lot pending/under contract.
