Supply and demand: as of May 17, 2017, there are 40 Wexford homes listed for sale with an average of 1.83 homes selling per month over the last six months. That translates into a 21.86-month supply, considered by industry experts to be a strong buyer’s market. There are three homes under contract in Wexford. In the lot realm, two lots closed in the first four months of 2017, versus four in the previous year. There is currently one lot under contract.
