Supply and demand: as of September 13, 2017, there are 31 Wexford homes listed for sale with an average of 1.67 homes selling per month over the last six months. That translates into a 18.56-month supply, considered by industry experts to be a strong buyer’s market. There are four homes under contract in Wexford. In the lot realm, four lots closed in the first eight months of 2017, versus six in the previous year. There are no lots under contract.
