In Wexford Plantation, nine homes closed in the first six months of 2017, compared to 14 last year. January through June’s total dollar volume was $8.598M, down from $18.421M in 2016. Supply and demand: as of July 13, 2017, there are 38 Wexford homes listed for sale with an average of 1.67 homes selling per month over the last six months. That translates into a 22.75-month supply, considered by industry experts to be a strong buyer’s market. There are four homes under contract in Wexford. In the lot realm, two lots closed in the first six months of 2017, versus five in the previous year. There are no lots under contract at this present time.
