Los Angeles is a fabulous city for brunch-goers. With its plethora of neighborhoods and restaurants, you can go to a new restaurant every weekend and still never make it to every place on your “must try” list. Easter is coming up this weekend, so what better way to celebrate than with a delicious brunch in your Sunday best.
Herringbone Santa Monica offers up fresh, delicious seafood right on Ocean Avenue. Executive Chef Brian Manoto created two Easter specials to go along with their usual weekend brunch menu. You can enjoy the surf or the turf with either the Artic Char or the Rack of Lamb, but be sure to wash it all down with the bottomless rosé.
Bouchon Bistro brings traditional French fare to Beverly Hills. Thomas Keller transports you to France with his always-refined dishes and authentic décor. For the Easter and Passover holidays, they are offering special holiday menu items, in addition to their brunch favorites like chicken and waffles. The Champagne room is also being turned into a bunny petting zoo, so bring your kids!
Escape to the mountains at Saddle Peak Lodge’s annual Easter Brunch. Enjoy a delicious 3-course meal from Chef Adam Horton in this upscale Old West lodge tucked away in the Malibu Canyon. We guarantee you won’t feel like you are in Los Angeles, and you will leave more-than-satisfied.
CATCH LA is a newer restaurant in West Hollywood (the LA outpost for New York’s CATCH), and if you’re able to find an available reservation, you should jump at the opportunity. They serve brunch every weekend, and for Easter, they are adding 3 specials (an acai bowl, smoked salmon benedict and a vegan cheesecake). The gorgeous rooftop is the perfect place to enjoy any of their fresh, local dishes.
